To start you off, you will be met by one of our local guides at Liverpool Lime Street Station who will then spend at least two hours with you helping you become orientated with the city and planning an itinerary that best suits your requirements and allows you to the see the places you are most interested in.
For fans of the Beatles we include tickets for the Magical Mystery bus tour that visits all of the well-known Beatles locations as well as the World Famous Cavern Club. Open Tickets for the Beatles Museum at the Albert Dock are also included.
Don’t worry if you’re not that keen to see the Beatles sites, we’ll be more than happy to swap your ticket for another guided tour that will be of more interest to you.
As a bonus, we’ve also included in this deal an unlimited travel pass that you can help you move about the city in an easy way using the excellent bus service. Don’t worry if you get lost exploring the city – you can use the pass as many times as you wish to arrive back where you want to be.
We know that many people will be reluctant to leave Liverpool after spending the day so when you book this tour we will give you the option to extend your stay by any number of nights and we can even arrange an excellent hotel for you.
When you have finished your visit, return to London on your open, off-peak return train ticket.

When you arrive in Liverpool, you will be met by a knowledgeable local guide who will help you plan your day.

It is important to wear comfortable shoes as there will be a fair amount of walking and if it is wet weather come prepared with waterproofs. Your guide will spend approximately two hours with you then you are free to explore Liverpool as you wish.
The starting point for the tour is Euston Station London where you will board the train for your journey to Liverpool. Your train tickets will be emailed to you.
Your train journey will take approximately two and a half hours. When you arrive in Liverpool you will be met by one of our local guides who will assist you with orientation and ensuring you have directions to the places you wish to visit. They will also hand you any other documents that you might need during your trip.
Following your day in Liverpool, make your way back to Lime Street Station to board your train for the return journey to London.

Trains on the National Rail Network arrive at Liverpool Lime Street Station. There is also a local train network called Merseyrail that travels to / from Central Station. You would then be able to obtain detailed directions using the search facility above.
There are two main bus terminals in Liverpool. There is the Central Bus Station at Canning Place, Liverpool 1. There is also another terminus at Queens Square by St George's Hall. There is an extensive bus network throughout Liverpool and the 82 bus from the Central Bus Station will travel through the city centre.
Black cabs are available all over the city and can be flagged at the roadside. You can tell the taxi driver the name of your destination and they will be able to take you there. Their knowledge of streets and venues (especially in the city centre) is extensive and you should not have any difficulty.
